Martin Gerig is specialized on lobbying and strategic planning in the sector of trade and economic relations. In addition, he is lobbying in antitrust issues. Prior to Alber & Geiger, he worked at the German Federal Office of Administration on state aid issues, supported the legal department of the liberal-democratic party at the German Parliament and acted as an assistant for foreign law issues at a law firm in Singapore. He received his legal education at the University of Bonn, the Université Paris-Sud and the University of Canterbury. He further holds a Master of International Law and Politics (LL.M.(IntLaw&Pols) (Cant.)) from the University of Canterbury, New Zealand.Martin Gerig ist auf Lobbying und Strategieplanung im Bereich Außenhandel und Wirtschaftsbeziehungen spezialisiert. Neben diesem Schwerpunkt zählt kartellrechtliche Lobbyarbeit zu seinen Tätigkeitsbereichen. Vor seiner Tätigkeit bei Alber & Geiger war er im Bundesverwaltungsamt im Bereich staatliche Beihilfen tätig, arbeitete in der Rechtsabteilung der FDP sowie in einer namhaften Wirtschaftskanzlei in Singapur. Seine juristische Ausbildung absolvierte er an der Universität Bonn, an der Université Paris-Sud und an der University of Canterbury.
