Dr. Alexander Mohr is specialized in political consulting, strategic planning, lobbying and NGO policies. Before joining Alber & Geiger he worked for the Friedrich Naumann Foundation as National Director for Southern Africa, located in Johannesburg, South Africa and Harare, Zimbabwe. He started his career as a court consultant at the National Center for State Courts (NCSC) in Washington, D.C., USA and then as the Personal Assistant to the Friedrich Naumann Foundation’s Regional Director East- and Southeast Asia located in Bangkok, Thailand. After that he became a Vice President of US lobbying firm Cassidy & Associates in Brussels, a visiting professor at the Institut d’Études Politiques de Paris Nancy (SciencesPo) and Senior Advisor to the permanent Thai Delegation at the UNESCO in Paris. He is also the European Container Glass Federation’s senior policy and legal counsel in Brussels and holds a law degree from the University of Tuebingen, Germany and a Ph.D. in international relations from the Centre d’Études Diplomatiques et Strategiques, Paris, France.

Dr. Alexander Mohr ist spezialisiert auf internationale politische Beratung, strategische Planung und Lobbying. Vor seiner Tätigkeit für Alber & Geiger arbeitete er für die Friedrich-Naumann-Stiftung als National Director in Johannesburg, Südafrika, und in Harare, Zimbabwe. Er begann seine Karriere als Berater am National Center for State Courts (NCSC) in Washington, D.C., USA, gefolgt von einer Tätigkeit als persönlicher Assistent des Direktors für Ost- und Südostasien der Friedrich-Naumann-Stiftung in Bangkok, Thailand. Danach wurde er Vice President der US lobbying firm Cassidy & Associates Europe in Brüssel, Dozent am Institut d’Etudes Politiques de Paris (IEP), (SciencesPo) und Senior Berater der staendigen Thailaendischen Delegation der UNESCO in Paris. Er ist ferner senior policy und legal counsel des europäischen Verbands des Glasverpackungshersteller in Brüssel. Seinen juristischen Abschluss erhielt er an der Universität Tübingen, Deutschland. Seine Promotion in internationalen Beziehungen legte er am Centre d’Etudes Diplomatiques et Strategiques in Paris ab.
